I purchased a pre-owned Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership. Bruce the sales rep assured BOTH myself and my husband that the vehicle had been inspected in depth. I had specifically asked about the drivetrain and was told the car was inspected in depth and had no apparent issues. Fast forward 5 days- it’s at the mechanic after it stopped shifting gears, and surprise, it needs a new transmission. The mechanic has confirmed that any inspection would have caught these issues as the transmission fluid is full of metal flakes. The brake fluid looks disgusting as well.

My advisor was very welcoming and he took care of me. I was missing a bolt between the tire and the back of the bumper and he took cared of it for me. I was done in a reasonable time as well.
The staff of Hiley Mazda of Hurst (esp. Rodrigo) took the time to listen to what I was seeking in a newer vehicle and was able to help me find the one that met those needs. I definitely would recommend them!

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I liked the low key stress free experience. The salesman got the color I wanted. I live out of county and handled most of the sale process by text, email and phone and arranged an early morning meeting on a Saturday.
The buying process for a new vehicles was smooth from start to finish. The salesperson, Rod, was super friendly and attentive to our needs from the moment we set an appointment until delivery of the vehicle. The Dealership was impressive, modern and one of the best dealership experiences I have had. The finance team was efficient, friendly and I enjoyed that time and part of the buying experience as well. The dealership has recently been remodeled and the customer waiting area is quiet and comfortable providing coffee drinks and water. There are TVs and internet access for entertainment and work space area for those needing desk space. Hiley personnel are polite, respectful and friendly to create a relaxed environment and are quick to answer any concerns about the work being done on the customer’s car including when work is expected to be completed. I especially appreciate the complimentary car wash where they return my car to me better than when I brought it in both inside and out.

Picked up our CX-70 Turbo S Premium Plus yesterday and the process was simple and efficient, we were in and out in about two hours with our new vehicle. Rey Elrosoul was our salesperson and we did all the negotiations a few weeks ahead while the car was in transit to the dealership. When we got there the car was detailed ready to be delivered and we just confirmed everything we negotiated (no surprise!), finished the paperwork and we were on our way. Definitely would recommend Rey and Hiley Mazda for anyone who are in the market.

Salesman Clay Fuchs was spot on from our arrival throughout our visit. He had 3 vehicles ready and waiting for us to drive, each equipped according to my prior specifications.
